Eric Anderson was born and raised in the Puget Sound area and still lives there with his family.

Eric began his Real Estate career in 2001 when he bought his first investment property in Tacoma. He enjoyed the process so much, Eric decided to pursue it as a career option and has been loving it ever since. He’s been licensed since 2002 and has been involved in over 100 transactions since that time.

From the time you meet Eric, until the end of your transaction, you will be completely satisfied with his professionalism, patience, honesty, sense of humor and the fun you will have in the process. It is important to Eric that his clients understand as much as they want to throughout the process and he strives to help others in their situation. This sometimes takes the form of him advising people not to buy a house or sell right now or maybe not spend as much as they are pre-approved for. Many of Eric’s clients have commented on how much they appreciated that he’s watching out for their best interests.

As a true Washington native, Eric enjoys most everything the area has to offer! His love of the great outdoors extends into hiking, golfing, volleyball, basketball, camping, biking, boating and just good old walking too! He feels his best when he’s participating in sports or exerting his energy in a physical activity.

Eric is a home-school graduate and has taken some college courses to sharpen his skills. He also has numerous real estate courses and continuing education under his belt and is always seeking to learn more about real estate related matters. He has been happily married for 6 years to his wife Rachel and they have built this business from the ground up. You may talk to her or meet her somewhere along the way, as she is the friendly voice in Eric’s office. Eric and Rachel live in the Puyallup area with their growing family. They enjoy spending quality time together as often as they can. Eric is also a strong Christian and is quite involved in his church in Renton. His Christian values carry over into his work life as he strives to treat everyone with the upmost honesty and integrity.
